I emailed a couple days ago. I took my daughter Kylie in to get pictures. The pictures turned out good, but when it was time to order them I felt very rushed! They did not give me a printout of the pictures I ordered, and I have not received an email about the pictures I ordered. This is my 2nd email please respond to this one. We went for a portrait pic for my little baby and the photographer/manager was rude in behavior that made my baby cry.We were trying to console and he/Manager/Photographer asked us to leave the place.Ridiculous behavior which can not be accepted being in that profession.Will definitely never go to this place if he continues.Attitude is not required for a photography.Any action by JCP Potrait... Jcpenny in St Charles Town Center Waldorf Md is the worst portrait studio. They are understaffed, never answer the phone and while driving to go get my pictures I learn that they are closed on Tuesday's even though their receipt says 10 am to 7pm M-F! Add comment

Probably the worst experience ever. The girl was very rude and and she did a horrible job at taking the pictures she said we were allowed 20 and just kept snapping away without people looking and with their eyes closed and then we went to go pick out the ones we liked. I just received my picture yesterday and it was very bad quality all of my family look so dark and that because when the lady took picture for us the flash didn't work and when I asked her she told my it would be ok but my picture were very bad and by the way I always took picture at jcpenny and always the flash work!!!!!! Went back to Jcpenny's recently to have my son pictures done because the company gave me two free sheets for what happened previously. The manager was there but I had my favorite photographer take the photos. we have an appoiment for 12 noon for photo of my 6weeks old and 4yrs old children but we got in the studio 10minutes late.I was told that we have to make another appointment bec.there is somebody else coming but I did not see any other customer except me and my kids.REALLY!
