I just received my picture yesterday and it was very bad quality all of my family look so dark and that because when the lady took picture for us the flash didn't work and when I asked her she told my it would be ok but my picture were very bad and by the way I always took picture at jcpenny and always the flash work!!!!!! Second the lady was too bad scared my two boys made one of them cried... Read more

I was researching some items online (from several websites) for my Christmas shopping and found that JCP had a great price for a particular item. Went back to Jcpenny's recently to have my son pictures done because the company gave me two free sheets for what happened previously. The manager was there but I had my favorite photographer take the photos. While I was in the camera room I over heard her disciplining another employee and while doing that she had another employee point out what that person was doing wrong. When we were all done... I recently took my grandson to Jcpenny studio to have his pictures done for a surprise for my daughter. When I first arrived the person was working with another client and I was not even acknowledged. we have an appoiment for 12 noon for photo of my 6weeks old and 4yrs old children but we got in the studio 10minutes late.I was told that we have to make another appointment bec.there is somebody else coming but I did not see any other customer except me and my kids.REALLY!
